The biggest problem in my opinion, was due to the way Volks designed her wig, in fact 3 out of the 4 members of my August Four, Feena, Estel and Erika all suffered this what can best described as "bad hair day" syndrome. -

I never knew where I would be when I first started 2 years ago. All I knew back then was to start a blog and establish my own online identity and to make like minded comrades who share my otaku interest. I am pretty confident that I have been making steady progress towards my initial objective as I have already outlined in my first anniversary post. As times goes on, I believe I have been getting better at what I am doing; if the first year was meant for blog expansion, then the second year has most definitely been about specializing what I am already good at, which is to blog about Dollfie Dream. I believe I have made some pretty significant milestones in the past year and I am prepared to go over them in details. And by the way, since I held a figure giveaway contest last year; I am going have another giveaway this year to celebrate the anniversary of the site, details would be provided at the end of the post. -

The first order of business is to have two of my lovely daughters to try out the two of the most adorable maid dress set from Kyoto 7, Sasara School Swimsuit Maid and He is My Master Maid Dress set. There is no argument for who should wear the School Swimsuit Maid, but there was room for debate for the He is My Master Dress set, I finally decided to have Kiriha model for us, why Kiriha 紅瀬桐葉? Because she is my most pampered daughter! I think I sealed the deal to adopt all of the Dollfie Dream that Volks licensed from August soft the moment I decided to adopt my thirteenth daughter Kiriha... because soon after I finished the paper work to bring her home, I suddenly came up with a very dangerous idea about doing a group photo based solely on the August girls (I call Feena, Estel, Erika and Kiriha as August Girls because they are all based on Visual Novel from August Soft, Brigther than Dawning Blue and Fortune Arterial respectively). Some of my regular visitors here probably have read about the summary story I have written for Estel last year [Estel Freesia's normal arc]. Overall, I have to say I have taken a liking in her but not necessarily strong enough at the time to adopt her Dollfie Dream form last year, but I have in various occasions thought about doing so. I have regretted over not picking up her Kotobukiya 1/8 scale figure when it was on sale last year, and I have been thinking about redeeming myself one of these days.
