Posted on September 27, 2011 | 3 Comments | This post has 321 viewsIt has been an exciting week for Dollfie Dream related news, first we had the official announcement of the Type-Moon 10th Anniversary X Dollfie Dream project, then we have Volks News 45 which cover the Dollfie Dream Gathering that is scheduled to happen next month; by covering these two major events together within a matter of days had result in putting excessive resource usage in my shared hosting account that could bring down the server. My web hosting told me that even though my site didn't have that many visitors but the resource usage was exceeding the limit of the shared hosting account I have with them and they had to shut down my site.... At that point, I had a decision to make.... Do I let my web hosting shut me down and take down the exciting Dollfie Dream news that everyone want to read about? Or do I step away from the economical shared hosting solution to a Virtual Private Server (VPS)? Decision... decision... -

I initially chose Wolfheinrich.com because it is my online alias, but it isn't exactly very readable or easy to remember for first time visitor; so after some serious consideration, I have decided to acquire a new domain name dollfigure.com that simply points to my permanent domain Wolfheinrich.com, after all, it's a whole lot easier to tell someone to go to dollfigure.com than wolfheinrich.com.... how did you spell that again? Some of you who has been paying attention have noticed I have already added Dollfigure.com into my blog title since last week. Wolfheinrich’s World 2nd Anniversary and Giveaway Contest

I never knew where I would be when I first started 2 years ago. All I knew back then was to start a blog and establish my own online identity and to make like minded comrades who share my otaku interest. I am pretty confident that I have been making steady progress towards my initial objective as I have already outlined in my first anniversary post. As times goes on, I believe I have been getting better at what I am doing; if the first year was meant for blog expansion, then the second year has most definitely been about specializing what I am already good at, which is to blog about Dollfie Dream. I believe I have made some pretty significant milestones in the past year and I am prepared to go over them in details. And by the way, since I held a figure giveaway contest last year; I am going have another giveaway this year to celebrate the anniversary of the site, details would be provided at the end of the post.
