  • Ever since I was a little kid, I have been watching Tokusatsu shows such as Ultraman, Daitenjin 17, Kamen Rider and Super Sentai, it was part of my youth and I still appreciate this genre until this very day. With the few years I have been in this hobby, I have developed a thing for group photo such as my August Four Riders. Fast forward to last September of last year when Volks announced the Type Moon X Dollfie Dream project, the thought had occurred to me that I have finally managed to assemble my very own Saber Sentai in Dollfie Dream form!

  • We have first seen it introduced back in WF2012 Winter, now it's finally available for pre-order from your favorite online store, the upcoming [Fate/Zero] 1/3 Servant Saber from Azone International~ Those of you are who are not too fond of Volks' Dollfie Dream Saber should take a look at the Azone version... in my opinion, the Azone head is much more faithful to the Type-Moon original illustration than Volks, although your preferences might differ~

  • It's been 3 years since I started this little blog and I am happy to announce that it has just successfully managed to pass its 3rd birthday! Over the past 3 years I have most definitely came across more than a few liked minded comrades, so much that I even feel comfortable enough to traveled back to Hong Kong to attend Dollism Plus 6 (something I have put off for years!); but at the same time, I also ran into a few that don't get along with me or think of me as some sort of "elitist". As I mentioned in my 2nd anniversary post, I am establishing my own online presence as a way to meet new friends and most importantly, since I will never be able to please everyone nor would I ever pretend to do so; so it's fair to say that I would never try to befriend those who don't like the way I do things to start with.

  • It was soon after I decided to go into the world of Dollfie Dream, I thought if there was one other hobby that will complement my Dollfie Dream collection, it would have to be photography! To me, while it is important to spend time dressing up Dollfie Dream girls with various costumes, it is just as important to be able to capture those precious moments to the best of my ability so I can enjoy them again. I tried to do what I could with the camera gear I had at the time, but It didn't take very long before I decided to purchase my first DSLR Nikon 5000. While it was probably my first serious attempt at digital photography, I have managed to created many fond memories with my Dollfie Dream daughters. It was the right camera for me at the time, and I have learned a lot during these past two years and achieved a good understanding of its potential and capabilities; however, I believe I have reached the point where I am due for an upgrade (as some of you who follow my twitter stream might have noticed). With all that said, I am going to dedicate this post to pay tribute to my D5000 to show case some of the photos I have taken with it ~

  • Ever since the announcement of the Type-Moon X Dollfie Dream collaboration project, I have been keeping a close contact with Volks USA; and among the various topics we have discussed, one of them was that they wanted to see how my Saber Dollfie Dream were doing recently. Then I thought… why not? I always enjoyed sharing my photos with Volks USA since they always wholeheartedly appreciate them, and I always find it interesting to hear what they have to say about my work.

  • It's been a while since I decided to do another Dollfie Dream photo post, it's not that I haven't been taking photos of my Dollfie Dream girls; I still have a bunch of photos of Saber Lily Dollfie's adventure in Hong Kong, DD Sakuya's outing in Chinatown etc... but for some odd reasons I haven't been very motivated to post them online. However, with the introduction of Type-Moon X Dollfie Dream Pre-Order Project in full gear, I have been keeping a close contact with Volks USA in recent weeks and after watching the first episode of Fate/Zero over the weekend, all of a sudden I felt like I wanted to do some cool photos with Servant Saber Dollfie Dream in her full gear and with a few extra photos of her younger sister Alter :)

  • Wolfheinrich.com is ready to move into a new phase, which is to make it easier for my visitors to remember my site and at the same time, make it easier for them to pass it along as well. I initially chose Wolfheinrich.com because it is my online alias, but it isn't exactly very readable or easy to remember for first time visitor; so after some serious consideration, I have decided to acquire a new domain name dollfigure.com that simply points to my permanent domain Wolfheinrich.com, after all, it's a whole lot easier to tell someone to go to dollfigure.com than wolfheinrich.com.... how did you spell that again? Some of you who has been paying attention have noticed I have already added Dollfigure.com into my blog title since last week. I even put together a little promotional postcard for this occasion, featuring 10 of my most beautiful Dollfie Dream daughters...
