  • Wolfheinrich.com is ready to move into a new phase, which is to make it easier for my visitors to remember my site and at the same time, make it easier for them to pass it along as well. I initially chose Wolfheinrich.com because it is my online alias, but it isn't exactly very readable or easy to remember for first time visitor; so after some serious consideration, I have decided to acquire a new domain name dollfigure.com that simply points to my permanent domain Wolfheinrich.com, after all, it's a whole lot easier to tell someone to go to dollfigure.com than wolfheinrich.com.... how did you spell that again? Some of you who has been paying attention have noticed I have already added Dollfigure.com into my blog title since last week. I even put together a little promotional postcard for this occasion, featuring 10 of my most beautiful Dollfie Dream daughters...

  • Unlimited Blade Works has always been my favorite arc of the 3 scenarios from Fate/stay night, I guess part of it has to do with Emiya Shiro being extremely irritating from the Fate arc and I wasn't exactly a big fan of Matou Sakura either; so kind of bumping Rin on top as my favorite heroine from the game, although Saber Lily would have unanimously be given the top spot if she were to appear in the game though ^^; Anyway, I believe I have always said that Rin Tohsaka doesn't have as much merchandise love as the main heroine Saber and Saber Lily and it's also one of the main reasons why I decided to enter Dolpa 21 lottery to adopt Rin as one of the first Dollfie Dream I directly acquire directly from Volks. When I heard they are going to have an Unlimited Blade Works movie, I was super excited because I know for sure Rin would now get some merchandise love she deserves so much!

  • For the past 11 weeks, I have been contemplating what kind of ending will the TV anime adaptation of Fortune Arterial has? Like I mentioned before, there are two possible endings with Erika Sendo in the visual novel, a "Normal End" which is less than ideal, left a bit unsatisfactory taste in your mouth; and a "True End", which bring about an all around happy ending. For weeks I have speculated that we were heading down the "True End" but for the past two weeks in a row, we have been seeing elements of the normal route which had certainly cast some doubt in my mind over my earlier projection. Now that I have seen the supposedly final episode, I can tell you that the TV anime ending is a modified version of the "Normal End" but it has left enough room to maneuver back to the "True End" route. For now, let me cut over to my usual routine and I will wrap this up with some final thought.

Whether you believe in Jesus Christ or Santa Claus at all, it is never a bad thing to just enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that Christmas brings. Now, I bet most of the regular visitor of this blog all have seen plenty of Dollfie Dream Saber Lily in action for the past couple of days; while it is true that Saber Lily has become my top most favorite Dollfie Dream daughters, right along side with Kiriha. However, today it is back to Kiriha's turn to deliver Christmas Greeting since the Fortune Arterial TV Anime is on the final episode today, which I have blogged extensively in this winter season. Rest assure, that I will have plenty more Lily Photo shoot coming up. It has taken a lot longer than I would like to get to this point but since the original story is based on a multiple paths visual novel, it was always bound to be difficult to tell this story in one pass.

  • I was a bit later than usual before I got to watch the new episode of Fortune Arterial this week due to a prior commitment to hang out with a bunch of old colleagues, but boy, was I in for a surprise when I finally watch it a few hours ago! Up until last week, I was fairly positive that we were on track to reach the grand finale following the Erika true route... However, the alteration to the story in the most recent episode suggest that we might be in fact heading for a completely new ending! [spoiler] or combination of a couple things which I cannot disclose at this point or risk spoiling a very crucial part of the story![/spoiler] In any event, allow me to cut myself off again and switch over the memorable scene sharing :3, there are a ton of nice scenes in this episode!

  • As we are progressing further into the main plot of the Fortune Arterial main story line, a lot of the secrets have already begun to unfold. As the title of this episode suggested, we are finally getting some in depth explanation of the darker side of the story and the necessary opposing force. Remember the mysterious character that showed up at the end of episode 4? As you will likely to find out in the next couple of episodes, that the mysterious character will hold all the answers that we are hoping for and Kohei will be the person to unlock it! Just how exactly is Kohei involved in all of this while he is merely a human being? The answer will lie in that period of time that he stayed on this island when he was a kid. Ok, I can't really give away all the answers here while we have 3 more episodes to go, so allow me to cut myself off again and go to the memorable scenes of this episode!

The story elements have most definitely switched into high gear this week with the secret behind Haruna's amnesia and the true identity of Kuze Kiriha unfolding in front of our very eyes. I have always been rather certain that the anime adaption is following the path of the true arc from the game; but after this episode, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that's exactly what we are going to get.
