  • It's been a month since I began playing Illusion's latest game @HomeMate, I have had little expectation to start with but the game did not disappoint me, at least not as bad as some of the more recent Illusion titles. I think I have managed to about 2/3 of the way before I lost interest of stroking the mouse all day long because that's what it will eventually turned into when you play one of these sex simulator games >.>; Only this time, I didn't quite give up on the game totally, I soldiered on and play to Noa's ending at the very minimum. Since Illusion has already announced their next game 勇者からは逃げられない!, that just served as a final nudge in the back to finish up @HomeMate.

  • I have been playing the newest 3D cellshading game from Illusion Soft @HomeMate, after the disappointment from Hako and SchoolMate Sweets! the general gaming community has taken @HomeMate rather cautiously. But Illusion did not disappoint us this time, @HomeMate is probably their best attempt in combining the successful elements from Artifical Girl 3 and SchoolMate and turn it into some 3D cellshading, simulation and dating game!

  • Now that I got my main computer back in order, it's time to catch up on the latest release on the eroge game scene! I was going to start playing with the new Illusion Soft game @HomeMate today, but I was distracted by a little application call DesktopMate Esk that came with the game. Very nice for Illusion to package one of their most popular heroines Esk who debuted in their Des Blood 4 ~Lost Alone~ 3D adventure game a few years ago. Ever since then, almost every other game Illusion released would inevitably come with some sort of Esk costume, like Sexy Beach 3, Artificial Girl 3, etc. Why Esk you say? Well, she is a blonde twintails, have cute face, green eyes, etc.... I don't know, but I have always taken a liking in Esk too. Enough to distract me to actually play @HomeMate lol.

    As we are drawing close to the end of May, a new Illusion game @Home Maid is slated to hit the street. Judging from the information I have been able gathered so far, I have reason to believe it will be a better game than the previous two releases from Illusion Soft, as both Schoolmate Sweet! and Box-Hako- both failed to generate enough interest in the gaming community.

  • Ahhh, I finally got my hands on the 3D Custom Girl Saber Lily mod after so long (ok, I admit I haven't spent too much time on looking for it). Thanks to the good folks at Hongfire, the mod has been uploaded in megaupload since last month! The link can be found under this post. It's not really news anymore to those who are actively playing 3DCG, but for those of us who don't have the time to sort through the thousands of mods that are already out there, this is a huge find! I have noticed that someone has made this mod since march on this post, but the sad thing is I haven't been able to devote any time to find it, but I finally found it today!

    Ahhh, I finally got my hands on the 3D Custom Girl Saber Lily mod after so long (ok, I admit I haven't spent too much time on looking for it). Thanks to the good folks at Hongfire, the mod has been uploaded in megaupload since last month! The link can be found under this post.     Alright, so I finally made it to the new cast on the PS2 port version Estel Freesia. What can I say about her? Simple, tough nut to crack! I am going to try a slightly different approach and compact her story a bit more, Feena's story was way too long and I probably had way too much details in the last writeup.     Finally, I finished the true episode, Brighter than dawning blue arc today. I would like to give it some thought before I finish Feena's story since the true episode is completely different from the anime counterpart. The similarity between the game and the anime fell apart after Karen took off for the moon. The end result may be the same, but the process to get there is completely different!
