The upcoming HTDP Sendai is packed with surprises, along side with Sakura Shinguji are the two dollfie dream sisters based on the popular game and animated series iDOLM@STER, Haruka Amami and Miki Hoshii.
The biggest surprise of them all, has to be the introduction of the one piece torso which I briefly mentioned in my last blog post about the iDOLM@STER dollfie dream. Personally, I have never been a fan of the split line between the torso and the upper bust area in the DD II body and always thought Dynamite body actually handled this aspect much better. I am not exactly sure why Volks didn’t try to introduce the higher bust line in the DD III body but I guess introducing the one piece torso is another way to address the problem. It should be noted that very little information is available for the one piece torso at this point, my guess is that the posability of such a body will be very limited, but only time will tell.
Honestly, I can’t say I know much about the iDOLM@STER series, never quite got into it and have very little desire to do so at this point since we are already given visibility onto the next Dollfie Dream. However, Miki’s one-piece torso is very appealing despite being a Dollfie Dream Sister, something I have to seriously consider within the next month. Enough of me talking, now onto the details. Miki’s head designer is Misaki, previous work include Saber, Saber Lily, Yuki Morikawa, etc.
