How long has it been since I acquired the cloak for Saber? Hmm ever since Airi arrived? Yeah, I been wanting to do a Saber solo shoot out for that long, but laziness and procrastination delayed it for this long! Errr, not really, I was busy with other stuff and had the lighting setup packed away and didn't pull them back out until just recently. Anyway, I been wanting to do this shoot out with Saber standing in front of the Buckingham Palace and I have finally done it! I think I managed to pack a few pretty good shots in there, hopefully you would enjoy them as much as I did :D

A few days ago, I welcomed my Sixteenth Dollfie Dream Daughter DD娃娃人偶 Matou Sakura to my family; and I had Saber, Rin and Ecchi Lion came out to gave Sakura a warm welcome; but that was not all that I had in mind! The number sixteenth daughter also mark the completion of a Platoon!! Since such a significant milestone cannot be ignored or overlooked.... so I have decided to summon all of my daughters together for a full family portrait (it's been a while since I did the last family photo)! This special event is also know as Dollfie Dream Daughters Grand Glorious Gathering, DDDGGG for short!

Alright, so I finally made it to the new cast on the PS2 port version Estel Freesia. What can I say about her? Estel is quite a tsundere, more than Natsuki (especially after I started her Moonlight Cradle arc) and definitely a tough nut to crack! I am going to try a slightly different approach and compact her story a bit more, Feena's story was way too long and I probably had way too much details in the last writeup.

I am just going to say it to get it off my chest, Natsuki Takamizawa (鷹見沢菜月) deserves more attention than she is getting! Ok, while I don't think Natsuki is in the same league as Feena in terms of elegance and beauty, and she may just be a plain Jane next door neighborhood girl; but she is quite cute in her own rights, I don't understand why there hasn't been a single figure made of her yet.

I have always heard about how Anime Expo is one of the largest anime convention in North America but I have never once thought about going there myself in previous years. However, the convergence of various factors this year including the chance of meeting some of the friends I have made online at figure.fm, a trip to Volks USA and meeting Danny in person were enough to persuade me to make this journey. So, for this past weekend, I have picked my most pampered Dollfie Dream, DD娃娃 Kiriha Kuze 紅瀬桐葉 to accompany me to Anime Expo 2010 in Los Angeles!

Dollfie Dream Asuka, Rin and Saber Photo Session

Been quiet for the past couple of days, but I finally started to feel better for the past day so I decided to catch this chance to go out with my Dollfie Daughters again. The main objective this time was to correct a few oversights I had in the last outing so I had to take DD Asuka アスカ and DD Rin 遠坂凛 out again, but that would be a tad too dry just to keep taking photos of those two so I decided to take DD Saber out with me as well.

Ever since the announcement of Dollfie Dream Sasara 久寿川ささら by Volks a few days ago, I have assigned utmost priority to learn about Sasara's story. It's funny that I have been putting it off for more than a year, and I know I have been wanting to do it but the announcement of DD Sasara gave me the final nudge in the back I needed to start another visual novel marathon. There is no argument for who should wear the School Swimsuit Maid, but there was room for debate for the He is My Master Dress set, I finally decided to have Kiriha model for us, why Kiriha? Because she is my most pampered daughter! There will be some hints of yuri action here and there in this photo session, as I finally come to term to fulfill the promise I made way back to take some yuri photos for my daughters XD. It's been almost two weeks since I started this Yoake Mae yori Ruriiro na Visual Novel marathon run project which includes the original Yoake Mae yori Ruriiro na Visual Novel (2005) August soft, Yoake Mae yori Ruriiro na -Brighter than dawning blue- (2009) Aria soft and Yoake Mae yori Ruriiro na -Moonlight Cradle- (2009) August soft, it's a massive undertaking that I have never attempted before. But after over a week worth of effort, I am finally getting close to the midway point. This project really started when I redecorated my room with three Feena fam Earthlight Dakimakuras and one bath towel, then all of a sudden I wondered about how much do I really know about her.

It’s been quite a while since I have written a loot post, and today it’s just the day t0 write one! I am sure a lot of us have seen fair number of eroge to anime adaptation in recent years and this season alone, we have Fortune Arterial and Yosuga no Sora. I have always planned on following Fortune Arterial and Super Robot War OG: The Inspector from the get go, Yosuga no Sora wasn’t even on my radar, however I remembered seeing the rather amazing looking Kasugano Sora 春日野穹 figure review from fellow blogger Tier at Tentacle Armada. Although my interest in collecting PVC figure has dropped off massively over the year, the fact and the matter is, that figure still managed to catch my attention! So, despite not having planned to follow Yosuga no Sora, I decided to go about looking up more in depth information regarding the series. While I already knew there are heavy suggestion of “twincest” in the show, I had no idea what I was about to find.

While the “twincest” theme hasn’t particularly bothered me, I mean, come on, I am a seasoned eroge gamer after all! However, to see that on TV is whole another story. Despite all that, even though I have never been particularly fond of DFC or loli style character, Sora still managed to capture my attention! It didn’t take long before I decided to go into “search mode” for merchandise related to Sora, then I stumbled onto this particular CG!

I was like Woah!!!!!!!! I got to have this! The image composition, the pose, the expression, just about everything is executed perfectly! After doing some more research on the net and some wheeling and dealing in Yahoo Japan Auction through Shoppingmalljapan, today I welcome this life size Sora Kasugano 春日野穹 wallscroll into my collection.

measuring over 56″ or 142cm wide, this was shipped directly from Japan via a long tube.

Then I am presented with this absolutely gorgeous image of Sora lying on bed.

It’s absolutely lovely and …. huge! This is the biggest wallscroll I ever bought, but it is amazingly good! The fabric feels soft to the touch and unlike most wallscroll I am accustom to, this is made out of a slightly thicker material, not 100% sure what it is right now though.
