It seems like that I have been writing a string of Dollfie Dream blog post lately but let’s not forget I am suppose to talk about Eroge and stuffs from time to time (for the male audience of course) and I think today is just the day to break it off with the highly anticipated Princess Lover OVA 1 (18+) version! Let’s not forget Princess Lover is original an eroge game published by Ricotta, too. I have been waiting for the release of this OVA ever since I found out about it, because I felt the TV version of Princess Lover had too much focus on Charlotte Hazelrink, whom I didn’t care for…. and I had secretly wished if Sylvie van Hossen was to be the default heroine instead. My prayer was definitely answered and we are treated with this two parts OVA that focus solely on Sylvie <3333
I seriously did not expect the subgroup to get it done so quick, by the time I got home, less than 24 hours of its release, it was already waiting for me to watch ^^; Once again, this has proved that the collective sex drive on the Internet is not to be underestimated! While I seldom do anime review in general and probably won’t be very good at it, but hey, it’s an eroge, of course I am qualified to talk about it!
And to be absolutely honest here, there isn’t much to talk about as the construction of the story is fairly weak and in contrast to Sylvie that I know from the TV anime, she appear much delicate than her TV anime counterpart and a lot more feminine, a little jealous at Yuu and quite a bit more lewd might I add,… and easily conquered by Teppei (which allow ample of time for plenty of hardcore eroge action). The quality of the animation is definitely top notch from an eroge stand point and the scenes are second to none too! So, without further ado, allow me to share some of the non-explicit screen shot with you all. Really, I don’t need to show any of the explicit scenes because you should all just go see it for yourself, it will be worth your while!
I kinda wished Yuu had a bigger role in this, cause she is quite hot for me too! I am hoping Yuu will get more action in the next chapter!

This really wasn’t that great… I really didn’t enjoy not being able to see Teppei’s face and his blue hair was gone.. He wasn’t the same person. The anime, even though it had no hentai, was significantly better. This has like, no story. You don’t even know what’s going on. It was hot, I’ll give it that, but I was really hoping it was the anime with naughty scenes. D:
The Anime’s strength is in two: 1. A different story than what most of use expected, and 2. A Teppei who was more than capable with the action hero role. I think that it could have gone better (I don’t dislike Charlotte, but she’s just not my type of girl, and not the type I’d pick for main heroine).
Hearing that Sylvie is a lot less assertive doesn’t bode well. I mean, yes, it’s an H-OVA, but still, that sort of detracts from Sylvie’s character if she’s too soft and easy.
For me, I want more Seika…:/ Yes, I know, that can only bode ill for me…
Ahh an intelligent discussion on an eroge, I can do that too. I like most of the girls from Princess Lovers but that Charlotte didn’t impress me all that much at the beginning.
There are always two sides to a coin ya know, perhaps it’s possible, even for Sylvie, to have a more feminine side because she definitely said so herself, the moment she was pushed down by Teppei, she felt her womanhood for the first time in her life. It’s all a matter of perception and perspective.
I really liked that beautiful long dress the girl wore during the oral scene in the car. Women should dress that classy more often in naughty movies.
That is of course, I enjoyed the scene quite well :3
