For the past week or so I have been concentrating my effort to complete the Brighter than dawning blue series of Visual Novels, as a result, the boxes that have been arriving since last week haven’t even been opened!
Since I have just completed the first of the three VNs, I think I should at least unbox these before I continue on with the PS2 port version of Brighter than dawning blue.
First we have 1/8 Cyril Olive Cat Ear Version from the Shining Force series, manufactured by First Class
I think buying this figure was a mistake, I am not impressed by the finish and quality… I can’t even bring myself to take more pictures of her… Let’s move on ;s
Then we have a pair of Saber Mugs.
The finish on these mugs look rather nice, but whether I would end up actually using these mugs is another story 
And finally, we have here the impulse buy of the month~
The Gate Opener Alice Boost version.
Buying Alice Boost was totally unexpected, but I stumbled upon her review last week and thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to have both young Alice and Alice Boost for completion sake, especially after I found out Alice Boost is a limited release.
I really like how young Alice has turned out, but I wasn’t sure how the adult version would look but I guess Alice will grow up alright after all.
I am not really a big fan of oppai figure, but I think I can make an exception for Alice Boost, she looks good with her grown up body :3
Well, I guess that’s it for now, I got to keep my streak of VN marathon going before it get cold!

Btw, that Shining Force figure does look awful… that’s why I always think twice, thrice, frice, fivice, sickisice… -well you got the point- when buying figure not made by alter, max factory, and good smile… I even think Kotobukiya’s figure can be quite disappointing sometimes…

Hmm…never even heard of First Class. That’s another reason why I don’t buy figures from companies I don’t have experience with anymore ^^;;; Had one too many bad experience lol

Anyways, nice haul you got there, not much came in this month yet, and it was suppose to be a BIG month for me…so I guess they’ll be shipped out at the end of the month. I was tempted to get the Alice boost ver. because I love Alice so much, but I didn’t like how she looked in the boost version…not an oppai guy.
I am not really an oppai type of guy either, but Alice boost seems to be within tolerance for me.
Yea, this is a painful lesson for me, I shouldn’t even have unboxed Cyril, it was awful.
First Class? It sounds something similar to President Japan company. I dunno, I kinda like her because of her costume and that nekomimi.
She looks cute in HLJ website, but her face is not “first class” when viewed up close! Don’t make any move for her until I post newer pictures!

Umm it depends on the situation, Alice boost was kind of an exception.
I am so bad about these collector’s mug, I still have an EVA mug I bought 10 years ago and haven’t used it once ;s
Hey I have the beige mug! I haven’t used to drink much out of it, but I’ve put in an egg in hot water in it many times. Right now it’s a place where I put my spare keys in ^^;
Actually, Saber maid mug will have a double soon so I should actually start using it.

Ahhh yes, traveling to Japan one day would be nice but I am not too much of a traveling person and would rather enjoy durable goods such as figurines and collector’s items.
ahh, you got Saber mugs, I’d still like to get one of them some day. I’m the type to drink out of them though. Alice Boost version looks alright, but I think the original one was better.
Well the body double of the Saber Maid mug has just arrived, so I may actually start using that one now! Yea I agree Alice boost doesn’t look as good as young alice, but for completion sake…
