The final shipment of the March Madness has finally arrived, I expect April to be much quieter, may be 1 or 2 shipment at most. 2 Boxes arrived at home awaiting inspection. The first box comes from ebay seller tktradeltd.
I am particularly worried about this Queen’s Gate Alice shipment, since it has taken almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. Luckily, the shipper finally agreed to ship Alice out with a card board box (Pretty weak looking box if you ask me, and no bubble wrap). I would like to mention special thanks to comrade twu from theinfernoproject.wordpress.com for his warning on this seller’s habit of not properly packaging shipment and enrius from enrius.wordpress.com for giving us his status as well. Since we all have ordered Alice from the same ebay seller. This is excellent collaboration at work here.
I appear to come out unscratch on this one, hopefully all of us will come out of this with a good looking Alice.
Next shipment comes from Kirin Hobby, I have never used them before but their communication seemed fine; overall, a good shopping experience with them.
Ahhhh bubble wraps, it’s funny that US based shop shipped their merchandise with bigger box and bubble wraps and international shipper like the previous ebay seller decided to ship it with paper thin corrugated and next to no protection what-so-ever. Yes, he offered free shipping, but I would rather pay more than to worry getting a broken figurine.
Chua Churam is sort of like an impulse buy for me, didn’t plan on buying her at all. However, after playing through Chu x Chu Idol recently, I kind of grew fond of her. Especially since Chua Churam has two personalities buried in her, the ecchi side Chuchu Asutoramu and main character’s classmate Chiyu Nakauchi 仲内知由, who is a little tsundere me think? What would happen when your tsundere classmate’s body is being controlled by an “extremely” ecchi vampire? I would leave the obvious answer out for you to decide! Umm just the thought of that idea was enough to persuade me that I should have taken her home with me!
That’s it for now, going to head to Ikea tomorrow to manufacture some space out of thin air for these new figurines!

Definitely great hauls! Chua Churam is on my wish list but she had always eluded me… T.T Can’t really seem to find a decent local retailer without forking out expensive shipping cost.
Your Alice looks definitely better than mine! Worth the wait I think.
And at least the seller did heed your warning to use box instead of bubble envelope. Enjoy the time with your new girls! 
But look at the so call card board box! It’s actually an “internal” carton used to package saint seiya myth cloth! It’s not an external shipping carton. It’s so weak that it was a miracle that Alice arrived without damage.
I decided I wanted Chua Churam after reading one of the review on her figure, I can’t remember who wrote it. But after I read how she leaps out at you, then I thought about the first ecchi scene, Chuchu was in control while Chiyu Nakauchi was knocked out unconscious. She woke up in the middle of the act but had no choice but to go along! Remember she is a tsundere (but have some feelings for you at beginning). I think that is incredibly sexy to have 2 personalities. Chuchu takes care of the idol performance because well she is a vampire and all, wild and ecchi; while Chiyu takes care of human interaction, like dealing with the media/interview because of her more composed human personality.
I got Chua at Kirin Hobby, they priced her at $82.99, $14.99 shipping with very few store still have inventory of her ;x so I decided I must take her home while I can.

You’re welcome to do that, I haven’t gotten around to create a blogroll but eventually I will get to it. I want to make sure there is enough content before I do that because this site is barely a month old.

Chua Churam is definitely worth getting, she is on the small side, about as tall as Alice’s tail but the detail is amazing! Straightly from a detail standpoint, Chua can rival Alice and may even surpass her. Kirin Hobby still got her, my experience with them has been fine.
Ohhh!! I had my Alice Order canceled by my retailer a few months ago

Alice is almost out everywhere, I believe some store might still have her but they jacked up the price to like $200, no way I would pay that much premium. I was fortunate that she arrived safely.
