Oppai mouse pad, how do you use it?

Getting an oppai mouse pad seems to be the *in* thing to do recently and I have acquired one as well.  However, once I started using it, I am running into some difficult to adapt to the oppai region.  So here is the new mouse pad I acquired from Hobby Search.

As I am speed playing through Choko Sennin Haruka to refresh my memory of the game and heroines’ background story, I am finding the oppai region of the mouse pad is actually pinching my wrist.

Feeling the pinch, I moved my hand to one side.

Still doesn’t feel good so I moved forward.

Instead of my wrist, it’s my forearm that’s getting pinched now so no good.  Then I remember I have a bonus loli mouse pad from G’s Festival Vol. 3

There is definitely less pinching from the loli mouse pad, but I am wondering if it’s just me who haven’t quite adapted to the new mouse pad.

Edit: Adding pictures with dimensions.

Do you use an oppai mouse pad daily?  Do you feel the pinch?  Would you rather use a loli mouse pad?

Edit 2009/03/23

I have been thinking it over for awhile now and I have come down with a few key points.

1. An oppai mouse pad should be superior to that of a flat top wrist support mouse pad because you are resting on your wrist bone instead of your blood vessels.
2. However, due to the natural of the different wrist sizes, different peaks and valley must be determined for maximum comfort and support.
3. We need some sort guidelines to choose the appropriate oppai mouse pad for our needs.
